Thats sum good squidin. Chain?
Yeah and a bigger sprocket too Not sure how many teeth though
Don't you usually go down teeth and smaller sprockets? I'm used to dirt bikes and a noob.
Smaller in the front, bigger in the back makes the wheelies happen
The bigger the sprocket, the more torque you get to the rear wheel, but you lose a lot of top end speed.
For wheelies we generally run 20-30+ more teeth to get that power to get the wheel up as fast as possible, it makes the wheelie much smoother too, as well as does not stress the motor as much.
Yeah I guess I'm just used to the only bike I've ever had which was a KX125 and less teeth, smaller rear sprocket seemed to shorten the gearing and final drive. Like I went from a 13/47 to a 13/50 and it sucked so I wanted a 11/50 but 11s don't exist and now I know why...so I settled with a 12/50...also learned about the heavy drag of an o-ring chain. My bad for rambling. 13/50 lugged around and bogged uphill I should've stayed with the 13/47 because it shifted right into the powerband just seemed like the front wheel wanted to come up too much going uphill. Fucking 125s trail riding...never again for this big guy...too small lol
Look up my buddy Jimmy Burnouts. Kid is a retard and does all sorts of wheelies on his wide glide.
Lol I’ve met him before He kills it
wtf is up with the sound at the end
It's the sound of FREEDOM!
it sounds like the bikes falling appart so you are probably right
That's the scream of the eagle baby
This made me fucking burst out laughing on the toilet and it pushed my turd out
U should do this around a pack of Harley riders lol
Do they suffer from oil starvation during long wheelies?
they suffer from oil starvation normally /s
There’s a modded oil pan with a longer pickup and baffles.
They cost about a thousand bucks and most of the guys you see doing wheelies professionally have spent the money. sadly there's a lot of guys out there who don't know you need that and end up with scorched cylinder walls and burnt valve guides
Really some people are charging $1000? I was thinking of picking up one for somewhere around the $500-600 range.
lol everyone of the comments is stupid. harleys have a dry sump so no they dont.
Harley wheelies > any other wheelies
Counterpoint: Goldwing wheelies.
I have been considering buying a harley specifically for wheelies. Which model is best?
everyone generally goes with Dynas, but Sportster 1200's are a good option too, but there is really no "best" model, its all preference. There's certain bikes better for certain riding.
Dynas have more power, but are MUCH bigger and heavier than the sportster.
Sportsters lack power but are much easier to clutch up/move around.
What kind of riding are you looking for? Street riding or lot riding? Technical (circle wheelies) or straight line? Combos or just single trick wheelies?
I recognize your name from insta, I'm debating snagging a cruiser to stunt.
Well, when you can already rock a mean wheelie
Straight line combos is mostly what i do right now.
I would recommend a sportster like the one in the video.
Well it all depends on the model.
