yup. Just didnt get a key at all, not the standard or the Season Pass. Support put my ticket on hold, have to see what happens next.
I think the keys are sold out. Have you received their email?

I noticed this happens quite a bit with uPlay codes.
Happened to me it will take a bit to get the key Ubisoft is the one holding it up.
Update: after 2 days I received the key and could successfully redeem it. Just tried it from time to time and now it just worked. I am glad it got resolved, but honestly not too stoked I had to ask for content I had purchased and especially wait. Bought 2 copies for me and a friend and basically got the weekend ruined. But well, Im gla it didnt take any longer than 2 days. Thanks again for your comments and support.
Same thing happened with me and Phantom Pains last year. Shoot that screen cap to humble bundle's customer support or their Facebook.
It took a few weeks before I got my key for phantom pains.

a few weeks? thats insane! I actually purchased the game for me and a gift link of the standard version to a friend and he received it immediately. I am on vacation right now, a couple of weeks would be inacceptible and I dont know why they just would sell it instead of doing a "temporarily out of keys" on the store front.
I don't get why they don't say things are temporarily unavailable if they run out of keys from uplay xD would be annoying to go through and do, but something like this isn't right
I am still waiting for a The Division DLC key, "temporarily exhausted". Been about a week now, I guess it really is a uPlay problem.
I suggest you to check again, last week I purchased The Division Season Pass and got the key after 3 days.
Probably ran out of keys, just wait for support it happens sometimes, not much either party can do
i bought the gane like 3 hours ago but on Ubisoft directly and the game is still not on my account lol. give them a little time
Would you get an e-mail with key once they have enough keys again ?
Did you contact Humble support before you ran to the forums?
